Yeah they're also know as the lesser hedgehog tenrec.
The crazy little characters as well.
I'll try get some video clips of them running on the hamster wheel. And another funny thing to watch is them having a "sand bath".

I heard hedgehogs aren't always the most social little furry animals and can be somewhat feline in their independence. How are these? Are they closer to rats or degus which appreciate human interaction?
