Hi.. i need help...

My friend have problem with the baby...
We don't know why the baby fat... Un- normally fat.
The baby never want to eat. [emoji24]
Maybe, anyone can explain?

Your baby looks very impacted, as in they ate something (like sand) that could not be digested and is stuck in their system.
Another possibility is a really big parasite load.
