Aggressive Leopard Gecko?

She's 4 months old and I've had her for about 2 months. Her name is Kim.

She was very calm, curious and sweet for about a month... the last month she has been quite aggressive and today lunged at me 3 times. She's skittish too, moves her head quickly whenever I move my hand outside her vivarium. She has bit me once and is very weary of me.

Any ideas? Anything I can do?

My gecko exhibits some of the same behaviors. I don't see it as aggression though, I just think she's been conditioned to expect that when you open her viv and put your hand inside, she's going to get a meal (I'm assuming that you feed her inside her enclosure here). So your hands = food. I still handle my gecko a fair amount, but when I do I don't put my hand too close at first, I put it down in her viv and let her approach so she has ample time to realize that my finger is not a cricket

Others might be able to give you advice as to how you can "tame" your gecko more, but I don't see my gecko the same way I see a cat or a dog. Geckos are ancient and beautiful but nobody accused them of being clever.

I might be wrong, I'm certainly not an expert as I've only raised one gecko, but that's what I think.

How much are you feeding her?

I ask because my gecko "follows" me really fast like that with his eyes when he is hungry. When he's not hungry he doesn't do it at all. In fact, he'll follow any movement like that (cat, dog, etc.) when he is hungry. Are you feeding her enough, seeing as she is still growing?

My babies also follow me and snap at my hands when I'm putting mealworms in their dish. They don't seem like they are being mean though and I really don't think their intention is to hurt me. I think they're just impatient and super hungry all the time. Once I get them out of their cage they are 100% docile and sweet.
