I went to my first reptile show today and fell in love with this little one, I had planned on an adult but I truly love this little one. He just came home I wanted a few pictures but I really did not want to stress him more than needed.

Or her?

I was told it is a super snow, It had a few spots of shed skin left on its toes and tail so I helped it get those off ( they came off easily I did not force them)

His set up is very basic for now, I will be upgrading and going more natural once he is older :) ( I will still probably use paper towels as bedding though)

Congrats! Definitely an adorable little super snow. Your set up looks good, too. You've obviously been doing your homework! Look into adding a little bowl of calcium without D3 for the little one. You might just be waiting to get some.

Love the little stripes along their sides!

Thank you. I actually got him to eat last night, I only offered 4 mealies one at a time he gobbled them down.

I keep reading conflicting info about the calcium so I just plan to gutload and dust. I have a multivitamin and calcium but both have D3 so I have to fix that.

He/She is adorable! Your setup looks great too!!! However, a little dish with a calcium/vitamin without D3 would be great. Your Leo will be able to get as much as he needs when he needs. D3 should only be used to dust your feeders and not left in your enclosure 24/7, as to avoid an over consumption of D3. I dust with D3 once or twice a week depending on age and size of my Leo's. I added some photos of some really good calcium/vitamin and D3 choices. Hope they help! [emoji4]

I chose not to put calcium powder in the enclosure. It seems to be controversial and I get conflicting information so I decided to just dust with calcium and a multivitamin.
