Oh man I am so stoked! Our first hatchling of the '10 season hatched out this morning, and its our first enigma hatchling ever. I know we're behind with both but better late then never. Or is it good things come to those who wait. or....save the best for last.

Her eyes are so dark. Specially for an enigma, I know its to soon her being hours old, but she looks eclipse eyed. neither parent known to be het eclipse. But I did put a male eclipse in with mom after the enigma in case he wasn't getting the job done. know I know he was.

Thanks to Kelli for producing this killer male. Lusius is officially a dad

the clutch mate has dark eyes to and interestingly enough also has some white toes characteristic of eclipse gene . I know still to early to say but I can still dream.
