Thanks for the comments... This is my last hope of the season as far as a SHB mack goes... If it does not happen this year, it will happen next year for sure... But this one is showing great potential...

Something I did not count on was this awesome peach coloration... It is a pleasent suprize... It is getting better and brighter with each shed so I am hopeful it will stay...

Personally, I have never seen a mack snow with this coloration at any stage... I think it is something new in the macks... If this color can be reproduced, next year will be awesome... I will also incorperate these genetics into future Enigma projects...

Looks like I will be buying a few more racks this season...

I really hope he stays this way for you Gregg. I've seen a lot of super hypo macks turn pastey yellow. This guy definitely is no where near that, and that's freaking awesome. Congrats man.

How old is he again?

Looks good Greg! However I do not see anything different from any of the Super Hypo Macks I hatched two years ago. Not saying we cant make "nicer" ones, but I am saying they all go through this change normally as they grow.
The yellow fills in over the lavender, and is how we get this orange-ish looking color. It IS really neat to watch.:main_yes:

Mine has went from white to yellow, to more pale, to more yellow, it is really allover the place, and back and forth. Now he is pretty much yellow throughout, but t`was expected from the addition of the Tangerine genes.

You know what my question is going to be next, right??? LOL

I have not seen a single picture posted from you or anyone of a mack hatchling that looks anything like this color wise... The color is just getting brighter... If you got one, please post it...

Guess we will see in a couple of months for sure as leos can be a bit unpredictable....
