Question about the eyes of a Gecko

So I bought a Blizzard from someone and they didn't really tell me if she was Het for anything or if she had anything other gene with her. I noticed when taking some pictures of the new little hatchling, Her eyes where jet black. The other gecko I have I can easily see the grey color of her eyes and they are beautiful. Is it possible I have a Blizzard Eclipse? If so how common is it for Blizzards to have Eclipse eyes?

Also will she be losing some of her color as she gets older?

That is very possible as it's not uncommon at all. And no, she won't lose color, but it may not be as bright of a yellow, and blizzards colors vary day to day, depending on temperature and mood. One day she could be pretty yellow, and the next she could be very dark. But blizzards are BEAUTIFUL when they get older. They're beautiful as babies, too, obviously, but in my opinion, as they grow and fill out, they look even better.
