First, I would ask for pics at hatching and what the parents were. It's hard to tell by that picture, but it doesn't look like a typical eclipse. It almost looks like it could be mack by that picture, too. Hatchling pics would help a lot.
Second, prices will vary a lot. Your best best is to look at some breeder sites and classifieds and see what an average may be. However, the price of an animal is what you are willing to pay for it. Some people think they should be cheap and others are willing to pay quite a bit for a quality animal. Expect to pay more from a well known breeder vs someone small or someone who is just starting out. If you want to breed, I suggest buying animals from respected breeders who track all genetics of their animals. It will save you a lot of headaches in the long run.
