Snow Crosses?

Hey guys,

I was thinking about starting to do some work with different snow morphs this season. However, I had a question before I do. I was just wondering what the "etiquette" is in terms of crossing snow genes. Would it be OK to breed say a Tug Snow to a Mack Snow? Or a Gem Snow to a Mack Snow. Is crossing the snow genes frowned upon like crossing the albino genes?

If you do cross the lines then you'll never know what the offspring is without test breeding the offspring. TUG crossed their lines years ago and most coming from them are not TUG snow anymore and proven to be mack.

It is no longer advised to cross snow strains (there was a lot of it years ago though). There is a link stickied in this section with a link to GeckoBoas genetics page. It talks about not crossing snows or albino strains along with morph info and breeding ethics.
