It looks like a super hypo (no body spots) tangerine (orange color) baldy (no head spots) carrot tail (orange tail). It also looks pretty skinny. If, as you feed it and care for it, it doesn't gain weight, take it to a reptile vet.

Super hypo carrot tail baldy as acpart mentioned. It's often abbreviated as SHCTB

She doesn't look that skinny to me, she just looks young, I guess I could be wrong though.

I got my shctb, Skittles with her tail around that size, and she eats like a monster. Only now that she's reaching adult age is it starting to fatten up.
