Is this carrot-tail

Is Picasso a carrot-tail hypo tangerine? I already know he's the hypo tangerine but I want to know it he'd be classified as carrot-tail since I know it has to be a certain percentage of the tail. Every time he sheds, the carrot tail shows more and more.

Usually a tail is considered "carrot tail" if it's at least 30% solid orange. If yours is young and still changing, it may turn out that way. At the moment it doesn't look as if there's quite enough orange.
