Can someone explain the jungle and reverse stripe gene to me? If I breed a Mack Snow Hypo het Tremper Albino to a Reverse Stripe what would be the results? I’m just confused on how those genes work.

They are both poly genetic. Off spring can show some degree of the trait but it isn't a guarantee.

Since striping appears to be polygenetic, if one gecko possesses the stripe trait, the offspring may exhibit "striping" across the whole spectrum:
aberrant (broken tail or body bands but not both)
jungle (broken tail and body bands but not in a way that gives a longitudinal stripe effect)
stripe (two shoulder to vent broken or unbroken stripes and the same, possibly, on the tail)
reverse stripe (one complete or broken stripe down the middle of the back from shoulder to vent and, possibly, on the tail)
patternless stripe (none or a very small amount of black markings where the stripe would be)

I don't think it's possible to predict which you'll get or how many will have the trait.
