So about 2 days ago I picked up a leopard gecko from the pet shop..and hes doing fine eating and what not but he just wont stop climbing the glass. Its all ways in the same spot at the back corner of the tank.
He's just does it for like 10 minutes stops for a bit goes into his house sleeps wakes up and just does it again.
Im getting really worried now :/
I got the the foam backboard which came with the tank and kinda made it into some caves and some things for him to climb on in his tank to see if this helps with the problem

Thanks

That is fairly normal behavior.

Things to check to ensure your new gecko is comfortable:
- Temperature: Using a temp gun or a digital thermometer with the probe laid flat on the floor, the warm side floor should be around 90 F and the cool side should get into the 70s.
- Hides: Make certain he has plenty of secure places to hide so he doesn't feel to exposed.

If the environment is fine, you'll just have to let him amuse himself as he sees fit... :)

With Indy on this.

Just moved my two oldest girls into a new (larger) tank. One settled in quickly, while the other has been climbing the glass for the past few days since they were moved. She's starting to settle down though.
