So I've been supplementing my geckos with commercial reptile supplements (ie reptifauna multivitamin, flukers calcium+d3, and zoo med calcium for years now/their entire lives. Is it safe to switch over to Vionate and Osteoform SA (and maybe also just plain calcium supplement some days) like many breeders/hobbyists use. Might the switch cause any adverse health effects?

No, I don't believe you should see any adverse effects. It's like switching your brand of multivitamin. Just keep in mind that the usage may be different, so pay attention to how breeders use the Vionate/Osteoform mix, don't just blindly use as you have been using your other supplements.

Agree!! Mix 4 parts Vionate to one part Osteoform SA. I switched mine a few months ago with no problems. :) Also always keep a small capful of plain calcium in the tank/tub at all times.
