UV lamp for Leopard Gecko's =(

I have just done some research and found that a UV lamp penetrates 45% of the leopard gecko's skin. Anyone who has one should get rid of it because they can actually damage the skin and burn the gecko here is a good website that ALL reptile owners should have a look at.
