what to do about incubating eggs?

i got a gravid female leo a while back, and am wondering how to incubate best, and for females? im un clear as to what temps will give me what, as im hearing the opposite from differant sources. about 8o f. 84 or over, m.??? on top of fridge ok? heat pad? leave in tank for ma to care for? how many more clutches can(if any) can she produce without the male???

80-82 will pretty much guarantee female (though not 100%). Mid temps will be a mixture and higher temps male, though since I incubate for female I'm not sure of the exact numbers.

You can incubate anywhere that you can achieve a **steady** temperature in the (roughly) 80-90 degree range. If there are big temp fluctuations you will have dead or deformed babies. Ma does not care for leo babies; she eats them for dinner

Once a female is bred, she can produce a number of clutches before she needs to be bred again. Some people think the number is around 3 clutches, but it varies.

Remember to think about where you're going to house the babies, whether you can afford to feed them and what you'll do with them.
