How is my setup? (WIP)

So far this is my 40 gallon breeder tank which houses 2 females. I just added some slate flooring and made a bonus hide/tunnel you can see to the left with angled tile. There is currently paper towel in there until I get smaller pieces of slate. The warm side (90-92 degrees) has 2 hides (one cardboard in the back and one rock). The UTH is connected to a thermostat not shown in the pic. There are a couple of fake plants, but I'm thinking of getting a couple more and making a multi-level hide. The T-rex skull is a cool hide and the water dish is behind it. There is a 2 story moist hide since one of my girls likes to climb. She has access to it from the zebra stone (which also helps when they're shedding). Below that is a larger moist hide/lay box. Both are filled with damp eco-earth substrate. There's a hygrometer against the middle back wall.

Things I plan on adding:
-A tank background
-Multi-level clay hide which I plan to make myself
-Second level on cool side of the enclosure.
-Smaller slate tiles to fit in the tunnel.

Is there anything else I should ad? Any suggestions and thought? Thanks!
