Best way to seperate my two leos?

Hey there! I've just joined the board and posted an introduction in another spot already.

I currently house my two female Leos together, but yesterday I saw one of them was trying to dominate the other and I want to immediately seperate them to prevent casualties.

My geckos are currently in a 65gal (REALLY BIG) which measures 100x50x50 centimeters.
If I want to seperate them, I could place a shaft which would leave them both 50x50 centimeters.
Is this big enough for two geckos who're used to alot of space and hides? I don't have enough room, time and money to buy two seperate smaller vivs at the moment. Until I do, I want to make sure I'm not stressing them out even more by not giving them enough space.

Here's a pic of the current enclosure to get some ideas:

Which would get a shaft in the middle.
Would this also be effective on the long term? Would the presence of each other on the other side of the shaft stress them out?

Thanks for reading!
