Black fuzzy worm in cricket cage for gecko?

I was looking at my cricket keeper for my gecko and noticed a small fuzzy worm in the food... What is it?

I don't think it's any harm as long as you don't accidentally feed it to them. I get them in shipments and from my local mom and pop store. Might have something to do with the cardboard egg cartons, they may be silverfish? Not 100% sure! Maybe someone will do a better job answering

Probably a dermestid beetle larvae. They are often in with crickets or roaches to clean up dead insects.
