UTH with Plastic Rack system

Hi guys
I'm addicted and I want to get more Leo's!

I have a plastic set of drawers you can buy at Target or Walmart. It is the one with wheels and has three drawers. (Pic below)

If I use an UTH on the bottom of one of the drawers will it cause a fire? If so what should I use.

I think that the small heat mat can be used on plastic.

This is a bad idea to use for a rack system. If you use the serach option this has come up time and time again because animals have escaped out of these billions of times. One such escape happened a few weeks ago if I remember correctly and I don't know if the animal was ever found because the original poster didn't update us on finding the animal.
