I'd have to vote other. I use 24x24x12" high impact molded polystyrene caging. It's plastic stackable caging, but it's not a rack. You can seem them in my imgur album here (http://imgur.com/a/UFlxE).
They are my leo gecko mansions, but they aren't really cheap. They were in the ball park of $120 each (for the leo ones). I shudder when I try to add up the amount of money I have wrapped up into caging.
Rack systems are the way to go even if you're not breeding. They save a ton of space and don't have to worry bout cords for heat mats being everywhere. IMO easier to clean tubs then glass tanks.
