Hi guys, im a newbie in this forum and I have 1 leopard gecko. So heres my problem

I just bought a 300pcs of mealworms.. And why every day they die. They live in a 8L enclosure with a 9 vent holes, 1 1/2" of oatbeddings and slices of potatoes every other day. 2 weeks after about 100pcs died. 70% turned to pupa and separate them all in one enclo just for the pupas. And I got no idea how to make beetles and worms alive. So after a week. The beetles showed up and I put them into the another enclosure so i put 9 vent holes. 1" of oatbeddings, potatoes every other day.. And die2 again! All in all i think i got 60 beetles and now they are only 15pcs left. I put them in a kitchen area. Its cool in that place. But! Fruitflies! So how do I get rid of dying everyday even though I watch in youtube and do the same thing? So i need help.

How long did the beetles take to die? If it was several days then you have a problem, if it was several weeks, that's normal because the beetles don't live that long.

I don't know what to tell you about the mealworms. I recently got 5000 mealworms from one place and there were a lot of deaths. So many that I had to spend a lot of time picking out the black ones and throwing them away. I got another shipment from a different place a week ago and they've been fine. It may be the place that produces them. If you have access to a different source, try that.

After they molt from pupa, then i quickly transfer them to the beetle enlo. I put them in a kitchen area. Which is cooler. But my beetles enclo moist and create molds. I put tissue in the top so fruitflies cant enter in theirnown enclosure.. I really need help..

To avoid fruit flies you can use double layer of cheese cloth on the top and sides of the tub. Carrots seems to be better for moisture (less tendency to mold). You can put a few kibbles of dog or cat food and fish food and add some powder calcium and vitamins to the oatmeal bedding (just in case they may need other nutrients). For the beetles you can use water crystals on top of wire mash or thick paper but have to keep an eye for mold and remove moldy bedding... it seems there are always worms that don't make for some reason and you have to keep cleaning and removing the dead ones...
