I would suggest checking the floor surface temperature to be certain he has the right temperatures for digestion (32-33 C). The best way to do that is with a temperature gun or a digital thermometer probe.

For the diet, have you been dusting the worms with any supplements?
Also, he is definitely large enough to be eating large mealworms. They can handle anything not wider than the space between their eyes. He may have a few trials at first, but he'll learn to eat them properly.

If the temperature and supplementation check out, the issue is likely that he just isn't hungry. He looks to be a very healthy weight. They can fast for quite a while if they don't feel like eating. Unless he begins losing weight, there isn't really too much to worry about.

I agree with Indyana. I feed full size mealworms to my fairly small hatchlings and they have no problems. It may be that the mealworms are so small that they aren't that noticeable. It may be that your gecko has gone into winter mode like so many of mine. Try bigger mealworms and more in the dish. As mentioned above, keep an eye on the gecko and if it doesn't seem to be getting a skinnier tail it's probably OK.
