Confused flour beetles...larvae as food, yes...adults?

I culture various foods for my geckos (a colony of Mourning geckos and my wife's Crested gecko.)

One of the foods that we feed occasionally (the geckos seem to relish them) is the confused flour beetle (Tribolium confusum). We have only used the larvae as food. I have read that the adults exude contain or exude foul-tasting quinones. However, I have also read that some herps will eat the adults with no trouble. Does anyone feed adult confused flour beetles to their herps? If so, to which species?

I've given them to baby or small species of chameleons, and at a zoo internship we used to give them to nearly anything that was small in size - dart frogs, toads, small skinks, baby anoles, etc.

The adults might be worth a try with our Mourning Geckos then. Thanks!
