Mealworms blues

So I have been losing my mind for a few weeks now. I cannot find a container that will keep the mealworms in the dish that my geckos cannot knock over. I've resorted to those crazy suspended mealworms feeders ABOVE a food dish, so that there is at least a delay until the worms are crawling all over my tank. I don't know if I just got a bunch of Houdini mealworms on my hands or if there is something I'm missing.

If the dish is too tall, the geckos aren't interested. If it's too shallow, the worms get out. If it's light, it gets knocked over. If it's smooth, the geckos won't stand on it. If it's rough, the mealworms run free.

My tiles aren't glued down or grouted together, so the mealies make a mad dash for the cracks under the tiles. It's becoming a pain to have to break down my tank every day to get all the worms out.

I feel like an awful person for complaining about something so small, but I would really appreciate some advice. My girls will only eat mealworms.

Pardon the mess in the picture. I took the picture before I cleaned, so I wouldn't forget.

I tried a ceramic dish but the girls hated touching it. I'll have to see about Lee's. Hopefully the groves would be rough enough. Spoiled brats.

I use both the lee's dish and the no escapee (from rainbow mealworms) and both work great. If you are dish feeding nothing but mealworms they will work 100% of the time. However superworms can easily escape the lee's, and Dubia roaches of a large enough size can escape both.

If the problem is the cracks, then put a thin substrate (cloth, vinyl, something) under the tile and cement the tile to the substrate then you can grout, caulk or otherwise fill in the cracks. Might want to rig a pull handle or two under each end so you can remove it. That's all I got. What do I know - I've only had my leo for not even 3 weeks! Good luck with it!
