No no no big no

Leopard Geckos are insectivorous, not carnivorous. They can't digest flesh, hair, or bone matter. It may actually kill your gecko please dont feed them any pinkies or small mice

Only feed them insects no bigger than the width between their eyes

Leopard geckos are mainly insectivorous, but I do not doubt that they are also opportunistic. If they come across a nest of newborn rodents in the wild, they likely would eat one or two. Good source of fat for a wild gecko, but generally pets geckos have more fat than they need.

Some breeders do feed pinkies occasionally, but usually to help their breeding females gain weight during or after the season is over. In a regular pet leopard gecko, you run the risk of obesity and gout. I would say only feed pinkies if a particular gecko is needing to put on weight, or to a laying female during/after breeding season. Even then, only occasionally (if I were to do it, I would probably go with one pinkie every two weeks until the gecko is back at the weight I want it at). Otherwise, I would not.

I'm going to assume you meant mouse pinkies and not hoppers. Hoppers would be WAY too big for a leopard gecko.

Thanks. But are hoppers not insects aswell. And they sell small ones in the shop where I buy my crickets. They are the same size as the crickets.

Not sure whether you mean mouse "hoppers", which are baby mice with a thin coat of fur that are able to "hop" about?

Or are you referring to small grasshoppers (locusts)? Locusts are absolutely fine if they are the correct size for the gecko to eat, much like crickets.

Mouse hoppers are not good food for leopard geckos.
