Boss is refusing all food

So about a month and a half ago I'd say, Boss quit eating. She would maybe eat 3 mealworms max on her every 2 days feeding schedule, but that's it. After asking around, I found out it's normal and she's probably ovulating. So, I just did what I could and let her do her thing.

After about two weeks of it, she went back to eating her full 15-20 for about a week. Then, she went back to the low worm diet. I treated it the same but now for the past week or two she's eating nothing. I bought some crickets to try and entice her. I cleared out her tank so they can't hide, and she ate maybe one and was more worried about getting out. The next day she ate two. Now for three or four days, she won't eat crickets and worms.

Despite the lack of food, she's still been pretty active and hasn't dropped much weight. So, figuring the ovulating thing, I read into it more and made her a lay box since she might have eggs. Ever since I replaced her moist hide with that, she rarely leaves it, in front of me anyway. At night she's usually running around and watching me, but now she doesn't leave that box.

Also, the other day she went to poop on her toilet paper and just let out some liquid and went back to her thing. I'm worried about her!

Her temps stay good. Cool is 70-80 depending on my room, hot is 89-92, moist is 80.

I figure it's still ovulation and what not. And I'm sure she's fine. It just worries me lol.

Since my initial post, she's eaten one worm. My other worry is that she isn't getting her supplements (Repashy) since she isn't eating.

Reptile eating habits can certainly be frustrating at times. All you can do is monitor her weight (preferably with a scale) and watch to make sure she looks okay.

I've heard Aliza recommend a few times wetting a finger, dipping it in calcium, and putting a bit on the gecko's mouth or tip of nose. If you suspect she may be carrying eggs and are worried about calcium intake, you could try that.

I know how you feel. This is my first year with two adult leopard geckos. They will be 2 yrs old July and August. Mine hasn't eaten for 2 months now. One may have had a couple roaches and really all they have eaten is most of their shed. They are still shedding every couple weeks. One has gained weight the other has lost 4 grams. Both have fat tails and still pretty active. I hope that is what mine are going through. No males around.
