Juvenile not eating

I just got my juvenile leopard gecko. It hasn't ate since I got it. It's only been a day but I've been reading that they need to be fed everyday and I'm worried that my baby will starve. I drop crickets in front of it and she just isn't interested in the slightest. Any advice?

Also I forgot to describe my terrarium. I have a 10 gallon terrarium with a red bulb that produces little to no heat and it's supposed to help the ambient temp. I also have a UTH that sucks(I'm returning it today for a better one) I have a warm hide over the heat mat and a cold/moist hide. I have a calcium dish with calcium D3 In It along with a water bowl. And I use newspaper as substrate.

Your set-up sounds alright, although I usually discourage lights of any sort. Typically a new gecko won't eat for a few days after you get them because they need time to adjust to their brand new environment.

Has your gecko pooped at all? Also if we could see the gecko we could tell you if they look too skinny or not. Leopard geckos store fat in their tails which makes them pretty good at going some time without eating.

Your gecko looks like it'll be fine. I would continue offering crickets periodically, (don't leave them in unsupervised) If the gecko doesn't eat in the next few days I would start trying different foods. This is a pretty normal occurrence when geckos first arrive and I hope that will give you some peace of mind.

Also make sure the crickets are the right size for him, they should be no wider than the space between his eyes.

It took my first leopard gecko 2 weeks to eat once I got her and she is now over 2 yrs old and doing great.
