food bowl

What kind of bowl do you use for meal worms? I have an old bowl I used for my hermit crabs and the mealies crawl right out of it and sometimes they hide well enough that I don't find them and they morph and I absolutely am terrified of the beetles...*shivers* So what bowls keep them in the bowl?

I use 2.5 oz. malamine white ramekins that I ordered from a restaurant supply. The mealworms can't get out of them:
