So I finally got some waxworms for Tiamat this holiday season (shh, don't tell her. It's a surprise! ) And I was wondering if there's a better way to keep them. Mine come in a small plastic tub filled with wood shavings. I'm assuming there's food in there somewhere but can I feed them gutload or carrots or anything like I do the crickets, mealies, and supers?
I've read that you can keep them in the fridge in stasis so to speak but I've tried that and my fridge is too cold and I'm not allowed to change the temps (in-laws'es fridge). So what can I do to keep them good for a bit longer?
