Gutload recipe for superworms?

I used to order from cricketfood.com for a superworm gutload, but that website is no longer active. So I'm thinking of making my own gutload. Something that's relatively easy.

Any suggestions? Any good recipes out there?
Thanks.

O just buy Pro Gecko gutload. You can make your own if you do a google search but there's a bunch of ingredients unless you just use oatmeal.

I've heard some people mixing cat/dog food and powdered milk with oats. Does that work well?

Around.
I get high protien dog food.. special type of fish food, oatmeal, seaweed.. it's almost like my goulash. I found a recipe somewhere for it..

I reccomend the high protien dog food i've done with it! But I would also go with progecko's gutload! I heard great things about it.

$30 for shipping ot Canada. 20lb is probably twice as expensive. NO thanks!

Thanks for the kind words LizMarie and Rachel!

sepandee - I sent you a PM. Utilizing the USPS flat rate boxes shipping will be much cheaper.

:) Leos are only as good as what they eat. And it doesn't get better than having feeders gutloaded with your gutload. It has made my life a hell of a lot easier now that I'm not trying to create my own.

That's a motto I live by. I'm glad to hear you like it and it's making things easier for you. Thanks again! :D

That's what we use. Our crickets, mealies and supers all eat it. Just had to buy another 10 lb. bag. As long as it is kept in a cool dry place it doesn't clump up or anything like I've had other products do to me.

For Wanna Do It Myselfers
Go to a Farm store.
Get Layer Hen Crumbles as the grain. (I get 40 lbs. $12)
Usually split it with my gecko buddy. Lasts a long while.
It comes fortified with every thing(vit. /min. etc.)
to keep laying hens healthy in producing eggs.
I see that in my objective with geckos also.
Any thing being fed outside a little fridge,
put Carrot and Orange peel on top.
My tests on beefing up prey foods show
these moisture items among the top for results and
less trouble with spoilage out side of a fridge.
Keeping the grain unbroken is also best to
avoid grain mites..........
Some say worms won't eat while being fridged.
Meal Worms will.
So no moisture items in fridged worms.
Take care. Hj
