Superworms vs. Mealworms

So I've been reading about a lot of people using Mealworms as the main staple food for their leos but I've also read that Superworms are easier to digest and have a slightly better nutritional value. So my question is what are the pros and cons of mealworms and superworms pertaining to nutritional value? I only have two leos so cost and maintenance aren't a big deal for me.

The biggest difference yo already mentioned. A little difference on teh fat/protein/mositure levels, and also less shell onthe supers versus the mealies. You feed less supers (maybe 3 every other day) versus 10-15 mealies, so aside of price, overall I think supers are a little better for the leos but plenty of people use strictly mealies with out any issues, I use supers and mealies, but mainly supers.
