Repashy is formulated to be used with every feeding along with whatever you gut-load your feeders with.

No it's not too much. I use mine every feeding and keep a small bowl in the tank with some in there.

Mine has decided to brumate this winter but before he did, I feed him mainly roaches and mealworms with wax worms on occasion and hornworms when I can get them. I usually do 3 roaches with one lightly dusted and about 8-9 mealworms lightly dusted and I alternate between the 3 feedings a week. I only buy crickets when I feel like it but I usually get 12 and he eats about 7 or 8 and I lightly dust 2 of those. For his worm treats, I do 2 or 3 wax worms in the dish of mealworms(so 5-6 mealworms) and 1 or 2 hornworms depending on the size with one roach. I could get silkworms but they require too much care to keep them alive. I throw the hornworms in a cooler and keep it at about 55-60* to slow their growth because they will reach 4 inches in a matter of days if kept at room temperature.

Insects are high in phosphorus, and feeding them without supplementing will leech calcium from a reptile's system. Dusting every feeding with at least calcium is especially important if you do not leave a calcium dish in the enclosure.
Repashy Calcium Plus is designed to be used every feeding. It is not meant to be alternated or excluded from feedings. If you want to do that, use a stronger supplement that is designed to only be used 2-3 times a week.

Yes that will be fine. You can keep a dish with a little of the Repashy in the tank to, just make sure it's one that's not easily tipped over or else your gecko will antique the floor 
I will usually feed my leo mealworms about2-3 times a week and will dust those with the calcium plus, but 1 day of the week, I get him silkworms or hornworms. I know silkworms and hornworms have a much better calcium to phosphorous ratio than mealworms and crickets. I have calcium dish in my enclosure. I just don't want to over supplement on vitamins. If it is not enough calcium can I use repashy calcium plus on 3 feedings and a plain calcium carbonate supplement by 4th on the fourth day with hornworms and silkworms?

I've been using the repashy calcium plus at every feeding. Both our leos are juveniles so I'm feeding every day still. All info I've found says it's safe so going with it. I dust kinda lightly, enough so they're coated but not glazed lol

You can't over do it with Repashy, it's not formulated that way, it's 100% safe to use every feeding with no ill effects. If you want to dust less frequently you need to get just a calcium+d3 supplement and dust once or twice a week and a multivitamin without d3 and dust twice a month.
There's not a HUGE amount of the calcium, d3 and other vitamins they need in the Repashy, that's why it can be used every feeding.

It is safe to dust all 4 feedings. I dust every feeding, so 3 times a week.

Sachen, not certain how many times we all can say this, but Repashy Calcium Plus is designed to be used EVERY FEEDING. If you regularly skip dusting, you could be putting your animal's health at risk. Especially true if you aren't gutloading your insects.
The only insects that have a proper 2:1 calcium-phosphorus ratio without dusting are phoenix worms (black soldier fly larvae). All the rest need dusting with calcium--even silkworms and hornworms.
