Am I overdosing my leopard gecko?

I feed my leopard gecko 4 times a week. He is 11 months old. I feed him either crickets or mealworms. I occasionally, maybe 3 times a month, I get him silkworms or hornworms. I gut load my crickets with repashy superload, collard greens, apples and carrots. I gutload my mealworms with oatmeal, apples and carrots. I use zoo med repti calcium 2 times a week and I use zoo med reptivite without d3 once a week. On other forums, people say I should do once a week repti calcium with d3 and 2 times a month reptivite without d3. Some sources say to use multivitamins once a week and d3 calcium 2 times a week. What schedule should I use?

There's a wide enough variety of options that I think what you're doing is reasonable (I assume the twice a week repti-calcium has D3. You could cut feedings down to 3 times a week if you wanted (I feed my geckos Tues, Thurs and Sat) and/or could do one feeding a week with no supplements, but what you're already doing seems within the range. I alternate feedings between Repashy calcium plus (all-in-one) and nothing.

How much times do you feed your leopard gecko a week, what do you feed, how much do you feed and how often do you supplement?

These days I feed three times a week (Tues, Thurs, Sat.). I feed crickets and super worms: 2 consecutive feedings of crickets and 2 consecutive feedings of super worms. I alternate between dusting with Repashy calcium plus and not dusting at all. That way, one of every 2 cricket feedings is dusted as is 1 of every 2 superworm feedings. I do it that way because some of my geckos prefer one feeder to another and this maximizes the chance that each gecko will get supplementation. I also feed hornworms or silkworms occasionally when I can manage to pick some up. I only feed silkworms in the summer when I can harvest leaves from the local mulberry tree because I prefer to feed the silkworms real mulberry leaves as opposed to mulberry chow.
