Massive poo! Even possible?!

I just got home and briefly gazed into my geckos vivarium as I always do, noticed the poo looking more than usual on a closer glance I was gobsmacked. How on earth has this come out of one of my geckos? I have two that live together, so couldnt tell you which one.. but the size of this poo (and the white solid wee) together.. must of really hurt to squeeze that out.

There must be a problem for this to happen, because thats not normal.. oh and the smell, erghhhh.. it was the smell of dead! Like a dead animal was inside their home, (NO my geckos were both alive)




I am sorry about the disgusting photo being taken inside a toilet! I always pick out the poo with a pair of tongs onto a tissue then throw it into the toilet and flush but it was before I flushed I thought it would be a good idea to take a photo to seek advice just incase

not sure about anything except that was where they usually poo, it looks like poo and it smelt of something dead

How big was the mass? Could it be a couple of eggs mashed together? Have your geckos been eating and acting normally? If that came out of one of them I would expect them to have been off food for quite a while. Definitely not normal and alarming! My only other thought would be that another animal could have crawled in the cage and defecated or died in it.
