Help with female leo

I've got a female leo who is around 5yrs old and never had any problems but also never laid eggs. She lives in a viv with a heat mat and slate tiles over it. She has a bowl of calcium (which she never really bothers with, at least not that I've seen), a moist hide on the warm side and a normal hide on the cooler side.

About 3 and a half weeks ago she stopped eating. I wasn't worried as she often goes off her food for a week or so and her tail was nice and fat. I went away and my friend looked after her for me. When I got back a few days ago, she had shed but it hadn't come off her head. It had been like that for a few days but my friend hadn't tried to get it off as he's afraid to handle her. She also hadn't eaten and her tail has gone very thin. Her eyes had been closed, from looking online that's because of the shed so I soaked some kitchen towel and used that to gently soak the shed and managed to remove it from her head and eyes with a q-tip. She opened her eyes again while I was handling her but when I put her back in her viv she closed them again. I've bought her some fresh new crickets, locusts and mealies but she still won't eat.

She looks paler than before and as I've said her tail is very thin. the rest of her doesn't look like she's lost much weight but I don't have scales that I can weigh her on. I got her out again today and used a kitchen towel and q-tip again to soak her in case I missed any bits of shed. She opened her eyes for a while, even when she was back in the viv, but has closed them again.

She's as active as she has always been. When I hold her she's still for a little bit and then wanders around.

She was sick yesterday a little bit but has been fine since. She hasn't really pooped much in the last few days. She was sat earlier with her hind legs in the water so I checked that the moist hide was, well, moist in case it is due to her needing to lay eggs but she won't go in there.

The temperature on her warm side is 27 degrees (the probe is about 1-2cm off the slates as she kept trying to grab it when it was against the slate so may not be exactly the temperature at her level) which seems to be a bit low from what I've found online but I think it's always been around this. The heat mat is one I bought from a local reputable reptile shop who said it would be warm enough for her under the slate.

I'm really worried about her as I obviously don't want my girl to be ill. I can't get her to a vets till Monday so was hoping someone on here may be able to give advice on what I can do in the meantime to try to get her to eat or to get her to keep her eyes open (I'm guessing the two may be linked?)

It sounds like she isn't feeling well, but it's difficult to come up with a cause or course of action without all the information.

An accurate temp would be a key piece of info. They need temps around 31-33.5 to digest their food properly. Sometimes the air gap between the bottom of the tank and the tile or really thick tile can prevent enough heat from getting through it. I'd recommend filling the gap by putting a small layer of play sand under the tile if it's not getting warm enough and see if that helps. If she's losing weight super rapidly and sitting in her water bowl it sounds like she may be too hot. Could her tank be near a window or the ambient temp in your house too high?
