Hm... not sure about the eye a picture or two would really help us out here :) For the stuck shed on the other eye, put him in a humid container (with airholes) and after awhile get a wet q-tip and see if you can ever-so-gently wipe it off. Also, the floor temp on one side of the tank should be at least 90 only on one side of the tank all the time. They do not need a day/night cycle for temps. May I ask why you're not feeding the feeders? The nutrition geckos get is from their food, so if you give mealworms or crickets some carrots, they will be that much more nutritious for your little fellow which is especially important with his MBD and this new eye issue. ;)

I second the above ("gecko sauna" following by gentle wiping with a wet cotton swab). You could also pick up some pure saline eye drops and drip them onto his eyes to help loosen up any stuck shed.

If you are unable to get the shed off and he does not open his other eye within a week or two, I would look into a vet trip. Leaving shed in the eyes can lead to an eye infection, which is even worse.

Good luck getting this one eating. Hopefully the supplements you're syringe feeding will get its strength up soon.
