Severe Enigma Syndrome

My Gecko, Poodie, has severe ES. It wasn't severe until recently after her latest shed. She began death rolling and has been stuck in a permanent tilt. She spends most of the day sleeping, then at night when she's awake, she's just spinning in a circle. It's hard to even pick her up, it's just so awkward. She will sprawl out her arms like she's falling, then death roll and flop around.
Is there anything I can do to bring the severity down? Will she have a good quality of life in this condition?

What I would do is make her setup simple as possible. Paper towel on the bottom of the cage. Dish of water, and two hides. I would also cover the cage if it's a glass tank and let her chill for a few days in a covered cage, only uncover to feed her. I would Feed her by tongs to make it easier on her and I would switch to meal worm for a while. Don't leave any crickets in the cage with her as that may cause stress for her. Also if you have any type of light for her on her tank I would take that away for a while. If your room gets natural light just use that, but I would really just leave the tank covered. ES is all about keeping the stress down for the animal. You take away stress factors and it should help settle down the ES. Good lucky with her and I hope everything turn out okay.

I have a girl with Mild ES (thank god it hasn't gotten worse) but she stargazes a lot and doesn't seem to know where she's going, and has trouble hunting. I'd say do what Ruvik said and try to make the setup as simple as possible, just in case she decides to climb something and falls, or goes into a deathroll, that she has room to not hurt herself even more.

the thing is, she is in a bin set up and as simple as possible. It's a large bin, just because she loves to explore. But irony has the essentials. She doesn't explore much anymore, all she can really do is was in a circle or walk in sort of a serpentine pattern.

poor thing! I was hoping it would never get worse, but I guess anything can stress them out really. She's in a super simple set up, nothing high to climb. I don't think she can anyways.

Also Ruvik, I do feed her mealworms with tongs. She had issues before with eating paper towel so she has nothing in there. She is very wobbly and it's hard to keep her head still. I try to restrict her movement, tap the side of her mouth with the worm, and she'll happily take it. I'm sure it's not too fun for her, but she doesn't seem to mind too much.

I really hope things get better with her. It breaks my heart to hear of leopard geckos like this. This is why I hate ES and I refuse to buy geckos with ES. I can bare to watch them. I kinda dislike that people breed geckos with ES. I find it cruel to the animal which is why I wont support breeders who breed ES to make pretty animals to sell. I would rather care more about the animals health than how pretty it is.
