My leopard gecko pushed too hard on one of the real rocks i have in my tank and she literally scraped her nose raw on it. She was bleeding and she has a small skin flap on her nose, but i patted it down with warm water and a q-tip. Other than the bleeding, it didn't seem serious. Since it's near her face, will she stop eating? I'm worried the most about her health and whether or not I should not feed her for a bit to get her appetite back up in time while she heals?

I tried giving her a superworm but she seems to want nothing to do with them.. She turns away and closes her eyes at any food given to her
Should I just be patient? Or persistent with feeding?
