Male leo has something stuck in his anal vent??

I have a two year old male leo and he's been in perfect condition until recently I noticed something stuck in his anal vent and I have no idea what it is. I originally thought it was feces, but I soaked him for several minutes in some warm water and I tried rubbing it off and even pulling it with tweezers, but it seems to be stuck or wedged in. Some stuff did come off while I was pulling and it smelled like feces, but as you can see in the images there is clearly still something there. I am scared to try removing it again because I'm not sure whether it is just feces or possibly an organ (I read it could be the hemipenes). Since I attempted removing it he has pooped normally, but I just checked and the stuff is still wedged in his vent, so I am not sure what it is or what to do. If anyone knows what it could be or has experienced dealing with this issue before, please let me know!

Looks like it could be a sperm plug maybe? If its that a vet is your best bet. Good luck with him hopefully you can get it figured out.

Yeah I read that could be it as well :/ I feel like there are so many possibilities, but I'll try to find out for sure. Thank you!

You don't need a vet. It's a sperm plug. Get some tweezers (or fingernails) and pull it out.

I'm extremely relieved to say I was able to finally remove it today. I just soaked him for several minutes then I tried using the tweezers but they freaked him out, so I tore up some pieces of toilet paper to grab it with my fingers and after multiple attempts I was finally able to wiggle it out! Thank you for your input!
