I bought a female Funky Jungle Snow RADAR at the Massachusetts Reptile expo today. She has excessively wrinkly skin as if it is just extra. The breeder, Speckle's geckos attributed this deformity to a spike in incubation temperatures and nothing genetic. I'd like to know if anyone has ever seen a gecko like this before.

I found an image of her right after hatching on his page which he confirmed to be the one i'd bought.

Other than the loose skin, she's active and a decent weight with no other health concerns.

I've seen some pretty big breeders post about similar extra skin issues and believe they've said it was not an issue. I don't think I'd claim 100% it was incubation temps but its a definite possibility.

Thank you both. The breeder said that if she passed it on, he'd gladly give me a new gecko but that he had faith it wasn't a genetic problem.

Loving her very much
