Hello,

I really don't think this was caused because you did not feed your gecko. Swollen eye may be caused by bad shedding, when little piece of skin is left in geckos eye. On third picture, it looks like some kind of hemipenal issue, but I'm not sure about that. Anyway, go to the vet with your gecko.

Unfortunately, looks like your gecko has an infection on the left side of his face. A vet will be able to assess and determine what the underlying causes are and how to treat.

The vent area has an impacted hemipene. You may be able to help with soak in a small amount of warm water and try to remove the blockage.
