Leopard Gecko coughed up spit?

I heard him coughing, so I went to investigate. I looked at him for a short while before he projectile spit onto the glass. Does this mean anything? He acted completely normal before and after it happened, and his appetite is normal. Should I be worried? The cleaning ladies came the other day, but they visit every month and I've had him for a year and a half now, so I'm not sure if that contributed at all.

I would keep an eye on him and assume it's a one-time occurrence unless, of course, it happens again in which case I'd recommend a reptile vet visit.

Mine has coughed up water before when he's drank too much, not sure if that helps but I'd bring him to a vet if it continues
