I've noticed that both of my leopard geckos left legs are bigger than his right ones?? He doesn't limp, he's still active. I dust his crickets with calcium with d3 before feeding. He let's me touch his lumpy legs and doesn't show any sign of pain, I really don't know if this is even an issue

Check for any stuck shed. I had a baby get a ring of shed skin at his knee which made him have a "popeye arm" got it off and went back to normal.

It could be stuck shed, it could also be a genetic deformity affecting only half the body, He looks kinda like a tennis player has one extra muscular arm and one that's noticeably smaller hehe.
It could be a number of things, the scariest being that something is eating at his body tissue, although it is most likely not a problem.

I would keep an eye on it, see if he starts losing weight considerably or if his thicker legs get thin like the right ones.
If you are incredibly concerned a vet visit never hurts (Your wallet would probably hurt)

Is he young? This could also be lopsided development in which one side is just developing faster than the other and will eventually catch up.
