Possible egg?

Annie is 2 1/2 yrs old. Last year I never saw this on her. She lives by herself and I have no males. Is this an egg? If so, what do I do?

That doesn't look like an egg to me. It kind of looks raised in the picture. Is it? To me a looks a little concerning, honestly, because of the lines around it that looks somewhat like bruises. If it is raised, I think she needs a vet. It could be a hernia, tumor, cyst, or something else along those lines.
