Welcome to GF! It's not unusual for geckos to go for quite awhile without eating, especially females at this time of year if they are ovulating. If yours is a female, it's now old enough to be ovulating and that may be what's going on. Can you give a few details about what you mean by "the gecko looks hungry"? The only hungry look I'm familiar with is when one of my female breeders sees me and starts pacing back and forth in front of the cage, or when the gecko bends its head as if it's about to strike.
The mealworms are sold in wheat bran which is actually doing something to gut load them.
There is a chance that your gecko is bored with mealworms. You may want to try a couple of crickets and see if anything is different.
I have a number of geckos who seem not to catch their food well. I really don't know if it's boredom, laziness, or poor coordination. Some have been fine feeders and then just seem to get less effective. It's worth it to try switching feeders first and then see if you need to do more about helping her eat
Are your 80/90 degree cage temps on the floor or in the air? Are you using a digital thermometer with a probe, a laser temp gun or something else? I worry that sometimes geckos are kept in a small space with too much heat and that they can then get dehydrated. I'm not saying yours is, but the answers to the questions I just asked will help me figure it out.
