Hatchling seizures? Help Needed.

Well last week one leopard gecko out of a clutch that hatched 3 weeks ago passed away on me. It was after a day of me noticing it was having small seizures followed by lost movement in its legs, arms, and sometimes both. These seizures were about 5-30 seconds long. Sometimes he would turn and bite him self during them. Later that night he passed away and the day before he was running, hunting, and hanging out like the rest of my guys and girls with no signs of anything being wrong. The clutch mate was acting fine that day and there seemed to be nothing wrong with it. This week I habe been observing him and he has been symtom less. But today he had a seizure! It left him without controll in his legs for awhile then he went back to walking again. I really don't want this guy to suffer or to pass away. Why is this happening? Is there anything I can do? What do you guys think.
Thanks a lot,
Denver H

Denver,
IMO, you need to contact a vet regarding this matter right away...it sounds like there might be something neurological going on, but that's what those guys went to school for 8 years for ;)...until you can find someone, I would keep this hatchling somewhere within your sight pretty much all the time, and try to keep it under as less stress as possible...

Keep us updated...

Ok. Im contacting a vet today for it. You told me to keep it in sight? Not to sound dumb but what could keeping it in sight help with? Thanks for your help.

LOL, I meant just to keep an eye on it. Keep track of how many seizures it has, and how long they last...the times they happened at, what happens during them...that kind of information can really help the doctor. :)

Ok thanks a lot. I just talked to my local vet and they told me that it would be best to cull him. I didn't like the answer so im waiting on an exotic vet an hour away to call me back to set up an apoitment. I feel so bad for this little guy. I just don't want him to suffer any.
