Contagious illnesses from geckos to humans and vice versa?

I was wondering if there exist any diseases that are contagious between our two species (apart from salmonella).

The other day I was helping my female gecko to shed as she retained a little piece of skin in one of her toes. It seems that she became nervious because I was forcing her to stay still so I could rub her toe, and clung firmly to my hand. As a result I ended up with fifteen tiny holes, from each one of her little claws of three of her legs. I wouldn't have even noticed them if it wasn't because they started to bleed a bit. I was a little worried about if I/she could transmit something to each other this way.

From what I know we are both very healthy and it doesn't bother me too much. What bothers me the most is that until last year I was living with my father who had hepatitis B, and I'm not vaccinated against it. All my last blood tests have been normal but I wonder if there is still a risk, since you are not allowed to donate blood if you have lived with someone with hepatitis, for example. I wonder if it can be contagious to reptiles (although I've never heard about a reptile with hepatitis anyway!).

I think it is an interesting topic.
