Injured gecko need help

Today when i was cleaning her cage, i noticed she has this wound on her. I suspect this was caused by the male during thier mating process...how can i cure her? it looks serious... Please help me. What should i do 1st?

she will be fine. looks like she is going to shed. clean the wound with some reptile friendly disinfectant, if not warm water will be fine. would separate them for a while to give her a break to.
the hole will scab over and fall off when she next sheds

i have several females that have sustained much worse than that and the wound healed perfectly fine. no scarring and shed completely out. "she won't ever look the same again" isn't necessarily true. just keep the wound clean as stated and seperate her for a while. little nips like that are very common during breeding. :main_thumbsup:
