Bleeding

So, i just looked in on Ahriman, and there was a bunch of dry blood. I was concerned at first, and I still am some. When she was shedding she had bitten one of her toes. I'm giving them a shallow, warm bath right now, and I'm going to try and get the remaining skin off, then I'm going to put neosporin (or however you spell it) on it. I've read before this is what you should do in this case.
If not, please do tell, and if theres anything else I should do, that'd be nice to know as well.
Thank you for any help in advance.

Main thing is to keep the area clean and free of bits that can stick to her.
So clean her viv and lay down paper towels.
Make sure the neosporin is watered down and that you wash the area with warm water after.
Perhaps give your vet a call for advice if you cant take her to see him in person.

To put your mind at ease, losing toes isn't usually a huge deal for geckos - it happens quite often in the grand scheme of things. As long as you keep the area clean, as Sausage said above, and keep the enclosure clean, it should heal relatively quickly. I would be swayed more towards giving your gecko a salt water bath twice a day to start with, morning and night, and then when any swelling has gone down you can just give the bath once a day. Make sure the water is shallow, only needs to be enough to cover the feet. If after 4-5 days there seems to be excessive swelling or not much of a change, please let me know and I'd be happy to take a look if you have a photo

The wounds were very superficial, and she's fully healed now. There was minimal swelling as well, and of course I keep the area clean lol
I kept a good eye on them and they're fully healed now, as far as the loosing of toes, I knew that part. My other female Neara lost two and a half toes from a bad shed as a young one. It was like that when I got her, and she's perfectly fine.
The advice is very much appreciated :)
